Lynn E. Fritz, MA, is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in private practice. Lynn works with adults utilizing neurofeedback, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Brainspotting, Sandtray, art, narrative therapy and traditioinal talk therapy. Much of her work addresses women's issues, grief, suicide, relationship issues, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, multicultural issues, spirituality and exceptional living.
Lynn is a psychotherapist, a public speaker, educator and active in community. Lynn produces and hosts a weekly radio program, "Enjoy Exceptional Living" in collaboration with Enjoy Magazine and KKRN 88.5 FM Community Radio. Lynn is the Indian Child Welfare Act Expert Witness for Tehama County.
Lynn is a Karuk Tribal Descendent creating and facilitating seminars and workshops on Native American cultural awareness, multiculturalism, marketing, grief, self-empowerment, and exceptional living. Lynn is bicultural, her mother is Swedish, raised with her father's Native American community.
Lynn is a clinical member of CAMFT and Redding Regional Chapter-CAMFT. Lynn is the 2011 Past President of Redding Regional Chapter-CAMFT serving the chapter as the 2010 President, the 2009 President Elect and the 2006-2008 Program Coordinator. Lynn is the recipient of the 2011, 2010 and 2008 Chapter Leader of the Year awarded by colleagues of the local chapter.
Lynn has an extensive business background working in the in private, corporate, nonprofit, tribal, philanthropic and media sectors. She has an extensive background in media production, marketing and consulting, producing over 300 television programs and hosting the current radio programs for more than 13 years.
