The group is called Finding Balance and it is focused on creating a healthy relationship with food and body. It is a 12 week course exploring a balanced approach to nutrition and well-being by learning practical tools to use in daily life to create self care, balance and a positive body image. It is for women 18 years and older. It is held at Neighborhood Church in room 139MC. It begins March 1st and runs for 12 weeks, every Thursday 5:30pm-7:00pm.
