Myth, Ritual, Fairy Tales and Sandplay all share story as a journey of the Psyche. How their paths are processed and interconnect will be explored and discussed with a Depth Psychological perspective.
Kathryn Ranken is a Marriage & Family Therapist in private practice. She has extensive experience and training in Sandplay. The highlight of that training was two weeks in Switzerland at the "Care of the Soul Intensive" with Martin Kalff, and a week Sandplay intensive "Jung on the Hudson" with Harriet Friedman and Rie Rodgers Mitchell, presented by the Jung Institute of New York
Anna Ranken is a writer and Neurofeedback clinician. She has a Master's Degree from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Mythological Studies with an emphasis in Depth Psychology. She is currently writing her dissertation on "The Loathly Lady," tales from Celtic myth and Arthurian legends.
