Chapter leadership conference 2026RRC-CAMFT engaged alongside more than 100 chapter leaders representing 23 chapters statewide in a collaborative networking and professional development experience. The event featured workshops focused on the effective maintenance and strategic growth of our chapter. Through targeted trainings, we worked collectively to identify and strengthen approaches for supporting our local community. Emphasis was placed on building meaningful relationships and rapport, increasing member engagement and involvement, and developing mentorship initiatives that foster emerging leaders. We appreciate the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and continue building meaningful connections and are excited to apply these insights as we continue to grow and support our community!
