We are offering two scholarships for RRC-CAMFT pre-licensed members!

RRC-CAMFT Scholarship - $500 award

The RRC-CAMFT Scholarship is here to support YOU, all RRC-CAMFT pre-licensed and associate members! 

RRC-CAMFT will recognize one outstanding pre-licensed MFT who has gone above and beyond to assist the chapter throughout the year.

Are you a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist who demonstrates:

• Excellence in your academic or clinical work?
•  Leadership in the MFT field or your community?
•  Dedication to service and involvement in the chapter?
•  A passion for the profession and its core values?
•  Perseverance despite financial or personal challenges?

We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate the ability to:

• Encourage leadership, advocacy, and service in the profession
• Show excellence in academic, clinical, and community work
• Promote deeper engagement within our chapter
• Retain and uplift future leaders in the MFT community

Application Deadline: November 15, 2025, at 12:00AM, applications sent after this time will not be accepted.  
Award Amount: $500.00 to support your road to licensure.
Eligibility: Open to all RRC-CAMFT pre-licensed members in good standing. All chapter members must also be members in good standing with state CAMFT.

How to Apply:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Submit a short essay (200 words or less) or video (5-7 minutes) highlighting your leadership, service, or financial need.
3. (Optional) Include a letter of recommendation from a supervisor, professor, or peer.

The Tzedakah Project Scholarship - Four $500 awards!

This initiative, offered through The Tzedakah Project, supports mental health professionals by reducing financial barriers to professional training. 

Therapist Development Center (TDC) is generously offering a $500.00 maximum credit towards your desired TDC course. (Recipients are responsible for 5% of the course cost. For example, if your course is $400, you would pay $20).

Awards are based on:

• Commitment to personal growth
• Dedication to serving the community
• Current financial need

Award Amount: $500.00 towards a TDC class or test prep
Eligibility: Open to all RRC-CAMFT pre-licensed members in good standing. All chapter members must also be members in good standing with state CAMFT.

Award Process

• Recipients will be announced at the RRC-CAMFT End of Year Celebration – December 5, 2025.
• RRC-CAMFT will notify TDC of the winners.
• TDC will follow up with a discount code equal to the award amount.
• Recipient information will remain confidential with TDC but named by RRC-CAMFT.  

Important Notes 

• Recipients must complete any steps required by TDC.
• Failure to follow through with TDC requirements will result in forfeiture of the award.
• Neither RRC-CAMFT nor TDC will be held responsible if the award is forfeited.
