Along the path of life we often encounter changes, relationships, and challenges that are overwhelming. The process of therapy can be key to overcoming such challenges. I adhere to the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach that focuses on the relationship of ones thinking, feeling, and behavior. I am a creative, open minded, and positive person. I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental counseling environment for growth and healing of each individual.
