Biography
I am a dedicated therapist, life coach, mentor, entrepreneur, and administrative manager. Over the years, I have served on local schools and community boards in higher education and business. As a therapist, I integrate Attachment Theory to foster trust, safety, and connection. My focus is attachment, family systems, trauma, codependency, depression, anxiety, and addictions, holding multiple certifications in trauma, religious abuse, personality disorders, ADHD, narcissistic abuse, and life coaching, with Gottman Institute training. As a program director in higher education, I had the honor of supporting students with autism and intellectual disabilities to achieve academic and career success. I earned my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide, receiving the highest honors and inducted into Summa Cum Laude.
