Introduction to Gottman’s Sound Marital House Couples Therapy Part II: Conflict Regulation Interventions

Join Lisa Jellison, MA, LMFT and Caty Cundy, MA, LMFT for part II as they go beyond John Gottman’s relationship research and teach four interventions that you can use with your clients. Interventions to be discussed include: Rappaport Intervention for Communication, Art of Compromise, Accepting Influence, and After-math-of-a-fight.

 

Caty Cundy and Lisa Jellison are both private practice therapists in the process of certification as Gottman Sound Marital House Therapists. Lisa is an adjunct professor at Simpson University and teaches Psychological Assessment, Child Abuse and Family Violence, and Psychopathology and Families. Lisa also supervises interns at Alternatives to Violence in Red Bluff. Caty is an adjunct professor at National University and teaches Couples Therapy, Advanced Clinical Skills, and Life Span Development. She also supervises interns.
