About Group Therapy

Research has demonstrated that group therapy is as effective as individual therapy.  Many individuals find that the powerful dynamics of a group not only accelerates insight but also provides the support and relationship that many are missing from their lives. In addition, group therapy is an affordable alternative to individual therapy fees.
