About the Presentation:  Rituals

Rituals are found in cultures across the world and throughout human history.  They are activities intended to mark an experience, giving it depth and power.  Rituals elicit deeper meaning and understanding to impact our lives more fully.

In this experiential presentation, Alexa and Scott will discuss various purposes and uses of ritual.  They will facilitate an experiential activity, bringing ritual up-close and personal.  This being the last presentation of the 2016 year, we will use the metaphors of Fall and Harvest to focus on endings, letting go, and transformation.  There will be discussion on the implementation of ritual in the practice of therapy.
