NUTRITION & MENTAL HEALTH

Mood – Depression – Anxiety….are linked to your digestive health

Mental health and our sense of emotional well-being can be derailed by digestive impairment. Did you know 70% of your body’s serotonin production takes place in our gut? How about the role short chain fatty acids produced by your intestinal flora play in preventing anxiety? Join Dr. June Stevens as she shares the latest updates on the relationships between chronic stress, nutritional deficiencies, and genetic predispositions and the impact they may have on your mental emotional well-being.
