EMDR Therapy Training
September 14-16 (1st weekend) and October 19-21 (2nd weekend) 2018

Each attendee must attend five 2-hour group consultations in addition to the training
sessions. Group consultations are conducted by telephone/computer conference call. A call
in
number and PIN will be provided at the training to access the teleconference.

This is the complete EMDR therapy training approved by the EMDR International Association
(EMDRIA), formerly known (prior to 200&) as Level I and Level II, including an additional 10
hours’ consultation included in the cost of the training. Cost: $1550.00 (Interns/post-
graduate/pre-licensed or working directly with Military qualify for an additional
$100 discount).
Continuing Education
NBCC: AEI/DaLene Forester, PhD is approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors to provide continuing
education (ACEP #6657). EMDR therapy training consists of 40 clock hours of continuing education for Lic. Clinical
Social Workers, Lic. Marriage and Family Therapists and Lic. Professional Clinical Counselors.
Psychologists: AEI/DaLene Forester, PhD is approved by the California Psychological Association to provide contin
uing professional education for psychologists. CPA Credit Provider # ADV010. This course meets the qualifications for
40 continuing education credits for psychologists. AEI maintains sole responsibility for AEI programs. Many other
states recognize CA CE's. If you are attending and not licensed in CA, contact your licensing board to determine if
they recognize CA CE's prior to attending.
RNs: DaLene Forester, PhD, is appro
ved by the California Board of Registered Nursing provider # CEP 14409. This course meets qualifications for 40

Terms and Conditions
Attendance at an entire program is required for CE Credit. No partial Credits will be awarded for any program.
Please register early and arrive before the scheduled start time. Space is limited. Registrants canceling up to 72
hours before the workshop will receive a tuition refund less a $50.00 administrative fee. No refund for less than 72
hours cancellation. A $25.00 service charge applies to each returned check. All trainings by DaLene Forester, PhD,
LMFT, LPCC are held in facilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If special accommodations
