Shauna will be sharing new research and insights on the subject of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety. She will cover topics including: red flags and warning signs, diagnostic tools, assessment, treatment options, and helpful resources for both clinicians and clients.
SHAUNA HAVLINA, LMFT
Shauna Havlina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Redding, California. She graduated from Fuller School of Psychology in 2008 and has over ten years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families. Shauna specializes in working with women in transitional phases of life: from teens struggling with depression and anxiety, to new moms with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, to empty nesters adjusting to life without children in the home.
