Beacon Health Options
Eric is a case manager for Beacon Health Options. He spent 11 years in the United States Navy as a Career Counselor. Eric studied Information Technology at Old Dominion University and earned his AAS in Computer Science from Bryant and Stratton University. He earned his BA and MA in Psychology from National University.
At Beacon, Eric’s primary position is to assist Medi-cal members in 14 California counties in receiving services from licensed therapists, social workers, and psychiatrists. Eric is a Redding local and has spent most of his life here. He is married with 4 children and enjoys spending his off time with family and friends.
Eric will be presenting on the local services available to Partnership mental health providers through the Beacon Health Options Engagement Center. Along with that, he will provide expectations for note-taking, the auditing process, determining level of care for clients, how to request additional appointments, and client reviews.
Beacon Health Options realizes that a better quality of life for our clients starts with us (the provider). Eric will share strategies for reporting and communicating our client’s needs, so we are able to provide individualized care specific to their presenting issues and provide the quality of care they deserve.
