Body Image Healing Group
Details: This group is for those 25 and older looking to heal their body image struggles. Groups are interactive and include a check in time, a specific topic and activity and closing time for discussion and questions. This is a Health At Every Size and Trauma informed group .
Cost: $65 per week with an 8 week commitment
Location: 353 Park Marina Circle, Redding CA
Dates and times: Tuesdays at 4:00 pm.- 5:00pm beginning March 3rd and running 8 weeks straight.
Outcomes: Members will leave with a deeper understanding of what body image is , their own unique story and beliefs, how to challenge our cultural norms, understanding our experience and behaviors, new skills and a better understanding of ourselves.
