This powerful training will explore the profound impact of complex trauma and provide practical, integrative approaches clinicians can begin utilizing immediately in their work with clients.
Participants will learn to:
✔ Identify at least four common clinical presentations and survival adaptations associated with complex trauma, including fight, flight, freeze, and fawn responses
✔ Describe three ways chronic developmental trauma impacts nervous system regulation, attachment patterns, emotional processing, and relational functioning
✔ Apply at least three integrative intervention strategies utilizing attachment-based, somatic, inner critic work, or regulation-focused approaches
✔ Differentiate between top-down and bottom-up trauma interventions and determine when each approach may be clinically appropriate based on client presentation and nervous system activation
